Life Drawing Practice

Come and practice your life drawing skills with experienced tutor Sarah Beare.

Classes will start with warm-up exercises and short poses, and end with a couple of longer poses. You’ll get two hours of drawing during the class, with a short break halfway through. The classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced artists who wish to hone their skills, learn new approaches, or challenge engrained drawing habits. 

Guidance and feedback will be offered. Sarah has many great techniques she can share that can help students counter common problems, like getting things in proportion, drawing lines at the right angle, composition of the drawing. Students can direct the progress of their work, and choose the approach they use when drawing. 

Media and materials will be supplied but you're welcome to bring your own as well.

Sarah is a self-employed artist, designer and illustrator. Her practice is diverse - from making film props, through designing miniature kits, to illustrating books (or whatever else comes her way).
